The first planning meeting for the summer conference 2014, will take place the weekend of Oct. 25-27, in Montreal.
Tracey Briscoe is opening her home to us for the meeting.

Everyone is welcome to attend this weekend in Montreal. Even if it’s your first year, please consider coming, we love new fresh ideas. The meeting is primarily for choosing the theme for next year’s conference. The process is quite amazing and exhilarating!! And if time allows, we will begin discussing workshps and Conference Hour Speakers for next year.
And of course, our time together, is always a fun-filled-heart-opening experience. We hope you will come!!
Schedule: Friday evening dinner around 6:30, then a check-in with each other.
Saturday morning meeting at 9:30 until lunch, a break in the afternoon, then afternoon meeting until dinner.
Executive Committee Meeting: Sunday morning.
Food: Please let Tracey know if you are coming and she will assign you a meal with others in a group. It’s up to you to contact, the people in your meal group so you can plan your menu.
Sleeping: Yes, of course you will be able to sleep, even though the schedule is quite busy…… Once you let Tracey know you’recoming, she will assign you a bed. If you are local to Montreal, please let Tracey know if you can offer some beds for Northfielders.
Passports: You will need a passport to enter Canada
