Fees Midwinter 2026

• Full weekend: $225 (fees are the same for adults and children)
• Friday or Saturday : $135 per night includes 3 meals.
• $85 Saturday for those joining us just for the day and includes lunch and dinner

A few days after you register, Tracey Briscoe, our Registrar, will email your PayPal invoice. Please review it carefully to verify information submitted. Once verified, please use the “Pay Invoice” button to submit your fees. The invoice will automatically update your balance.

*Please note that Northfield absorbs the PayPal fees.* Fees must be paid by January 9, 2026

There is a limited amount of financial aid available for a full Midwinter weekend.  Requests for financial aid must be made by December 15, 2025 by contacting Tracey Briscoe (Registrar).
