Northfield is a community – unique, inclusive and nurturing – striving for understanding among ourselves and others. In a summer week, on a beautiful Berkshires campus, we come together to have fun and grow – challenging ourselves, our history, our space, our comfort, and our creativity.
You are invited to experience Northfield for yourself, to discover how one week can touch you for a lifetime. Sometimes the most wonderful moments at Northfield are the unexpected ones — chance conversations over a meal, singing in an evening’s Sacred Circle, or watching as new bonds develop and deepen. For many, Northfield represents an opportunity to renew friendships and relationships that may go back years and across generations, and then to add new friends to our list of loved ones. Many of us cherish the opportunity to express playful as well as serious parts of ourselves.
